Sapient is based in offices in Glasthule, Co. Dublin. It was established by Seamus Byrne and Ian McConnell, who, between them, have over forty years experience in human resource and recruitment management.

Seamus and Ian have worked with leading edge companies in manufacturing, sales and service environments, including, most recently, Oracle, Motorola and France Telecom. In their previous roles, before establishing Sapient, Ian was HR Director for Oracle in Ireland, whilst Seamus was Recruitment Director for Oracle's Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
